These Terms & Conditions apply to all the products purchased via Handicraftbyindians.com or placed through Social Media, or offline on phone or chat or through our Customer Service Team.

2.1 Handicraftbyindians.com enables the sale of a variety of products. Shipping for all the products on the website shall be per the company’s policy, which may be changed by us from time to time. 

2.2 In case you receive a damaged product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team on +91-8006110921 10 AM – 6 PM) or write to us on orders info@handicraftbyindians.com. The damage will be assessed and a solution will be offered. The product may be replaced or other corrective measures may be taken to address the issue. 


Your shipping address and pin code will be verified with the database of handicraftbyindians.com before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If your order is not serviceable by delivery partners, vendors, or your location is not covered by us, we would request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list.


 we offer a very transparent and simple Return & Replacements policy. 

If you receive the product in a damage/ tamper condition we request our customers to send us an email of the broken products at handicraftsbyindians@gmail.com or contact at +91-8006110921 within 24 hours of delivery of the product along with your order number. 

We only replace items if they are broken/defective/damaged or if the wrong order was shipped to you. We will provide a replacement of the same product provided it is in stock. 

Must not be a custom engraved product. No returns or exchange for custom engraved products. 


Shipping charges will vary depending on the product and the are of shipping. How long does it take to deliver my order? 

  • We will dispatch your order within 1-2 working days from the day you order and the product will be delivered to your doorstep within 3 to 15 days.
  • Orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays. ● We’re continuously striving to get your products to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we’ll notify you of this delay immediately.


We accept all major debit & credit cards and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. 

 You will be directed to the next page, wherein you can choose to opt for debit or credit cards which will have options to convert your payment into easy EMI’s for the following banks –

If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. You are under an obligation to report any misuse or abuse of the site. If you notice any abuse or misuse of the site or anything that is in violation of this Agreement, you shall forthwith report such violation to Handicraftbyindians.com by writing to Customer Care.
